Common Questions & Payment Details
Q: Is a security deposit or key money required?
A: No deposit or key money is necessary. Our monthly contract system allows you to start your stay with very low initial costs compared to traditional rentals.
Q: Are utilities included in the monthly rent?
A: Utilities are included in your base rent (up to a generous daily usage cap). There’s no need to set up separate accounts, so you can settle in comfortably from day one.
Q: How do cleaning fees work?
A: A fixed cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cleaning of the property after your departure. As this fee is clearly stated in advance, no additional cleaning charges will apply for normal wear and tear resulting from ordinary use.
However, if any damage to the property or excessive soiling is found to have been caused intentionally or through negligence, we reserve the right to charge additional repair, replacement, or restoration costs separately from the cleaning fee.
Q: Is there an extra charge for internet?
A: High-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property and is fully included in your stay fee. It is perfect for remote work, study, or streaming without limits.
